Comments: I am going on a Trip to Cape Verde this Aug. I Have been trying to trace my family
roots...my grandmothers name was Sabastiana (Fonseca) Teixeira. She was born on Jan. 20, 1900,
in San Antonia, Cape Verde she moved to New Bedford, Massachusetts and...died on Oct. 21, 1971.
She was the wife of Theodore Teixeira, 2 children Melvin Teixeira and my mother, Nellie
Fonseca/Duarte (married name Richards). My mother Nellie passed away on April 9,1963. Any info
that you could give me to help find my genealogy would be greatly appreciated. Thank You:
